Subject to acceptance, your membership will be processed and you should receive our Welcome Pack containing your membership card within 2 weeks. If you have applied to pay by Direct Debit, confirmation of the Direct Debit Instruction and reference will be sent to you within 3 working days, or be received by you no later than 5 working days before the first collection. 

Please note that legal representation or advice will only be provided for matters which occur following the commencement of your membership.
